Lyudmila Terninko-Hamlin has been the coordinator of international programs in the field of culture and education since the very beginning of ICEA’s activities. She has a master’s degree in pedagogy from Lviv National University. Lyudmila is an active member of the local Ukrainian community in Chicago.
