Vlad Zaiets is the ICEA program manager – International Cultural Educational Association (ICEA)

Vlad Zayets is a program coordinator for New England states and a client support assistant for short-term programs for international visitors. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Columbia College Chicago, Vlad moved to Washington, D.C., where he studied M.A in Public Policy at McCourt School of Public Policy.

Currently, Vlad Zayets is the ICEA program manager, and he is committed to contributing to the development of relations between the United States and Ukraine and the expansion of cultural dialogue.
