Oleh Riabov – New educational staff

 

Oleh Riabov holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a Master’s degree in Pedagogical Education. He is an expert in combining digital development and adaptive educational processes. He works as an IT manager and digital development coordinator at the Ukrainian NGO “School of Adaptive Management of Social and Pedagogical Systems,” overseeing technical support, the creation of digital resources, and the implementation of modern IT solutions. Through this work, he contributes to the strengthening of the digital educational environment.

 

Oleh Riabov is also responsible for supporting ICEA in creating digital services for international educational events and provides technical expertise for online meetings and conferences. Through the combination of technical and managerial Oleh’s skills, ICEA ensures a stable digital environment and implements international educational projects. Oleh Riabov has been recognized at international forums, where his IT solutions and methodological models are recognized for their practical value. A combination of education, professional experience, and strong civic responsibility characterizes Oleh Riabov as a young scientist and responsible individual who makes a significant contribution to the development of modern educational technologies and socially significant initiatives.
