ICEA New Partner in Moldova – International Cultural Educational Association (ICEA)

ICEA Vice-President and Program Director Elena Seitz signed the
agreement on cooperation with the President of the Agency for Innovation and
Development Dr. Lisenco Vlada.
The Innovation and Development Agency is a non-profit organization
created to develop innovative programs in the socio-economic and cultural
spheres. The Agency’s mission is to identify, promote, and develop
innovative ideas and social projects to increase human capital and
sustainable development of the region in the social, economic, and cultural
spheres through research, implementation of information, and educational
programs, consulting, and propaganda.
