ICEA, in collaboration with the Supreme Court of Ukraine, is organizing the fifth international program for Ukrainian judges, to be held in Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan, from October 12 to 21, 2026. The program aims to foster professional connections and facilitate the integration of Ukrainian judges into the global legal community through presentations, meetings, and seminars. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with judges from the Supreme Court of Japan and Tokyo’s high-level courts, representatives of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations, and distinguished law professors from the University of Tokyo; they will gain insight into the Japanese judicial system, establish contacts with local partners, and experience Japanese traditions and culture.
