ICEA hosted a program for Law Professionals in Chicago August 23-30, 2014
The International Cultural-Educational Association (ICEA) in partnership with Ternopil National Economic University hosted a group of Ukrainian law professionals during August 23-30, 2014 in Chicago, Illinois.
The program provided presentations and meetings hosted by collaborating organizations, including the Chicago Bar Association, John Marshall Law School, office of the Chief Judge of Cook County Circuit Court and Solex College, which provided opportunities to learn about the American judicial system and to network and build relationships with the local Ukrainian community.
The objectives of this program were to introduce members of the Ukrainian delegation to the:
* American justice system,
* professional legal organizations in Chicago,
* preparation of young candidates for the law profession,
* legal system management and technology,
* international student exchange programs.
