ICEA, in partnership with the Supreme Court in Ukraine, is conducting its fourth educational
program for Ukrainian judges, which will take place in New York, California, and Nevada from
April 26 to May 7, 2026.

The program aims to establish professional networks and integrate
Ukrainian judges into the global legal network through targeted presentations, meetings, and
seminars. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with judges from the Federal and
Superior courts of New York and Los Angeles, as well as with renowned law professors from the
University of California, gain insight into the U.S. justice system, establish contacts with local
partners, and learn about American history and culture.
